Delicious homemade delicacy of fragrant berries will appeal to everyone - from young to old. Make a seedless blackberry jam according to this simple recipe. Serve with tea with slices of freshly baked baguette, toast, pancakes or cheesecakes.

Go through the blackberries, wash the ripe berries without flaws in cold water and throw them into a colander.

Transfer the dried berries to the bowl of a blender and beat until smooth.

Send the berry mass into the bowl of the slow cooker, add sugar, mix. Set the “Quenching" mode for 1 hour. After boiling, remove the foam.

After completing the cycle, transfer the blackberry mass to a saucepan and boil over low heat until thick.

Pour the ready-made blackberry jam into pre-prepared sterile jars, twist, wrap with a blanket and leave until completely cooled. I recommend storing canned jam in a cool place, or better - in the refrigerator.
