Pumpkin juice with pulp and dried apricots for winter

Autumn has come and a pumpkin has appeared on sale. It can be used to make soups, casseroles, smoothies and porridges. I love pumpkin juice with pulp and dried apricots. A delicious drink is drunk very quickly. It can be closed in jars for the winter or cooled and served immediately.
Ingredients
- Pumpkin (pulp) – 1 kg
- Dried apricots - 200 g
- Sugar - 500 g
- Lemon juice - 3 tbsp.l .
- Water (filtered) – 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour boiling water over the dried apricots for 3 minutes, and then chop.
Cut the pumpkin pulp into small cubes.
Put both blanks in a saucepan, add sugar, water and simmer for 30 minutes.
Puree the mass with an immersion blender.
Pour in citric acid, boil for another 2-3 minutes and roll up.
