If you like everything spicy and fragrant, then this recipe is for you. Choose ripe plums, hot peppers, garlic and various spices to create a spicy sauce. Adjika in Georgian is ideal for marinating meat or using as a dip for vegetables.
Ingredients
- Plums - 1.5 kg
- Hot red pepper - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 1 head
- Hop-suneli - 1 tbsp.l.
- Cilantro - 1 bundle
- Salt - 2 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 1 art.l.
- Vinegar - 1 art.l.
- Paprika - 1 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the seeds from the plums and leave for a couple of hours so that they let the juice.
Simmer for 20 minutes and pass through a meat grinder or grind with a blender.
In the same way, chop the pepper, garlic and cilantro.
Mix all the ingredients and simmer the adjika for another 40-50 minutes.
Add vinegar and roll the adjika into sterile jars.
