Canned mackerel with vegetables for winter

The most delicious canned mackerel for winter is with vegetables. And you can cook it in a variety of ways. This time I want to share with you one of them. Don't worry, cooking canned fish is much easier than it seems.
Ingredients
- Mackerel - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Tomato juice - 1 glass
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp.l.
- Vinegar - 3 art.l.
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
- Bay leaf - 3 pieces
- Coriander - 1 tsp.
- Dried chili pepper - 1 pinch
- Allspice - 4 peas
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the onion and carrot, and lightly fry in oil.
Add tomatoes and tomato juice, and salt, sugar and spices. Simmer all 15 minutes.
Boil the mackerel for 10-15 minutes in salted water, cool and disassemble into pieces.
Add the pieces to the vegetables and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar, warm up for another minute and roll the canned food into sterile jars.
