Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 2 kg
- Celery root - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 head
- Celery - 2 of the stem
- Celery (leaves) – 1 bundle
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 tbsp.l.
- Water - 1 l
- Salt - 1 art.l.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Vinegar - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak cucumbers in cold water for a couple of hours.
Randomly chop the root, stems and leaves of celery. Peel the garlic.
Put everything in sterilized jars and add pepper.
Pour boiling water over the blanks and leave for 20 minutes under the lids. Drain the water.
Boil clean water with salt, sugar and vinegar.
Pour cucumbers and roll them up for the winter.
