You can cook from any grape variety, the main thing is that it is beautiful and juicy. You can squeeze out the juice from one variety, and use the berries from another. Try different options and you will get amazing grapes in their own juice!

Ingredients

  • Grapes - 2 kg
  • Sugar - 1 kg
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.l .

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the grapes thoroughly, put them in a saucepan and pour boiling water for 5 minutes.

Drain the water and cool the berries. Select 500 g of grapes and mash with a pusher.

Pour the resulting juice into a deep saucepan. Add sugar and the rest of the grapes.

Boil on low heat for 5 minutes after boiling. Set aside and let cool.

Put the pan on the fire again. Add lemon juice, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.

Put the hot jam in the prepared jars, cover with lids and wrap with a warm blanket for a day.
