This adjika recipe is interesting because it does not involve cooking. Such adjika tastes little different from boiled, while it has a richer color and aroma. In order for the workpiece to be stored longer, I advise you to keep the jars in the refrigerator.

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash tomatoes, cut into pieces. Peel the Bulgarian pepper from the seeds and cut it arbitrarily. Peel the garlic.

Chop the prepared vegetables with a blender to a puree state.

Add salt to the vegetable mass, add sugar and ground pepper, mix well.

Place the adjika, cooked without cooking, in sterile jars, seal tightly and send it to the refrigerator for storage.
