Ingredients

  • Pear - 1 kg
  • Water - 1 glass
  • Sugar - 800 g
  • Vanillin - 2 pinches
  • Citric acid - 0.5 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel and slice the pears.

Mix with water and sugar in a slow cooker bowl.

Turn on the "Quenching" mode for 45 minutes.

In the process, mix the jam several times.

5-7 minutes before the end, add vanilla and citric acid.

Roll the jam into sterilized jars.
