- String beans - 2 kg
- Apple cider vinegar - 60 ml
- Salt - 40 g
- Water - 3 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare the string beans, cut off the hard edges, chop.
Boil water, add salt, chopped green beans and boil for 5 minutes.
Fish out the beans with a colander and put them in prepared jars.
Boil the remaining liquid, add vinegar and pour beans in jars to the top. Roll it up, turn it upside down and wrap it with a blanket for a day.
