- Mushrooms - 1.5 kg
- Vegetable oil - 300 ml
- Tomatoes - 1 kg
- Bell pepper - 1 kg
- Onion - 500 g
- Carrots - 700 g
- Sugar - 140 g
- Salt - 50 g
- Vinegar - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the mushrooms, cover with water and boil for 30 minutes on low heat.
Randomly chop all the vegetables, add mushrooms and butter, add sugar and salt.
Stir and simmer everything on low heat for about 45 minutes.
At the end, pour in the vinegar, mix again and roll up the salad.
