Ingredients
- Hawthorn - 300 g
- Citric acid - 2 pinches
- Water - 200 ml
- Sugar - 350 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the hawthorn with water and boil for 20 minutes.
Put the berries in a colander and remove the seeds.
Add sugar to the broth, bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.
Return the berries to the saucepan and bring to a boil again.
Boil the jam for 15 minutes, add citric acid and roll it into sterile jars.
