Ingredients
- Yoshta - 8 glasses
- Sugar - 12 glasses
- Water - 2 glasses
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Bring the water and half the sugar to a boil. Boil the syrup until smooth.
Send the washed yoshta there and bring it to a boil again.
Boil for 4 minutes, add the remaining sugar and boil the billet for another minute.
Roll the jelly into sterile jars.
