If everything is clear with pickled vegetables, then pickled grapes still remain a kind of curiosity. I made it for the first time a few years ago, and since then I have been rolling up a couple of jars. I think you will definitely like it too.

Ingredients

  • Grapes - 600 g
  • Hot red pepper - 2 pieces
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Greenery - 1 bundle
  • Water - 600 ml
  • Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
  • Sugar - 1 art.l.
  • Vinegar - 2 art.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Put the grapes in sterile jars and pour boiling water over them. Leave for 10 minutes under the lid.

Drain this water and add sugar, salt, vinegar and spices to taste. Boil it again.

Chop the hot pepper. garlic and herbs. Add to the grapes.

Fill the blank with marinade, sterilize the jars for another 10 minutes and roll up for the winter.
