Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 1 kg
- Purple onion - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Hot red pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 head
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the tomatoes, chop all the vegetables and garlic.
Grind everything together with a blender.
Bring to a boil and boil for 20 minutes.
Add sugar, salt and spices to taste.
Boil for another 15 minutes. 5 minutes before the end, pour in the vinegar.
Roll the ketchup into sterilized jars.
