- Cherry Plum - 1 kg
- Sugar - 600 g
- Water - 800 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the cherry plum and put it in sterilized jars.
Pour boiling water, cover with lids and leave for 20 minutes.
Carefully drain the water, holding the cherry plum with a lid.
Boil water and sugar separately in a saucepan.
Pour the syrup into the jars with the cherry plum and immediately close the lids.
Turn the jars upside down and wrap them with a warm blanket for a day.
