- Sea Buckthorn - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Walnuts - 120 g
- Vanillin - 2 pinches

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cover the sea buckthorn with sugar and leave for a couple of hours.
Bring to a boil and boil for 15 minutes.
