Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut cucumbers into small cubes, cover with sugar and leave for a couple of hours.
Bring to a boil, add lemon juice and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
Cool, and boil again for 10 minutes. And so again.
After the third cooking, roll the cucumber jam into sterile jars.
