Soft sour apples combined with crispy cucumbers give an amazing balance of flavors and textures. I advise you to definitely try to make at least a few of these jars at the first opportunity!

- Apples - 3 pieces
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Dill - 2 umbrella
- Cherry leaves - 4 pieces
- Currant leaves - 4 pieces
- Bay leaf - 3 pieces

- Vinegar - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak cucumbers for 2 hours in cold water and rinse well.
Wash the greens, and cut the apples into arbitrary pieces.
Put all the leaves, spices and garlic on the bottom of the jar, and then carefully arrange the cucumbers with apples. Pour boiling water over everything for 20 minutes.
Drain the water into a saucepan, add salt and sugar, bring to a boil and pour it back into the jar.
Drain again, boil again and pour the cucumbers with the same brine again.
Add a spoonful of vinegar and roll up.
