Do you want to preserve the taste and aroma of summer fruits longer? Peaches in sugar syrup for winter are a real sweet find! They can be eaten just like an independent dessert. Or use them in baking, other desserts and fruit salads.

Ingredients

  • Peaches - 1.2 kg
  • Water - 600 ml
  • Sugar - 400 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the peaches if desired. Remove the seeds and slice the fruit.

Put the peaches in sterilized jars.

Boil water with sugar, boil the syrup for 5-7 minutes and pour over the peaches.

Sterilize the jars for another 10 minutes and roll up.
