- Daikon - 800 g
- Chili pepper - 1 pod
- Ginger - 1 root
- Sugar - 5 tbsp.l .
- Rice vinegar - 100 ml
- Salt - 5 tsp.
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Turmeric - 1 tsp.
- Saffron - 1 tsp.
- Coriander - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 1 head
- Water - 500 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the daikon into cubes, ginger slices, and chop the chili finely.
Put everything in sterilized jars together with garlic.
Boil water with salt and sugar, add all the spices and boil for a minute.
Pour vinegar into the marinade, remove from heat and pour daikon. Immediately roll up the jars.
