The recipe for caviar from pears with garlic for the winter is a great way to preserve the taste and aroma of your favorite mushrooms for a long time. Thanks to garlic and spices, caviar turns out fragrant and juicy. Then it can be used to make salads, sandwiches or as a filling for pancakes and pies.

Ingredients

  • Gruzdi - 600 g
  • Onion - 2 pieces
  • Vegetable oil - 4 art.l.
  • Ground black pepper - 2 g
  • Salt - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Soak the bunches in cold water for about a couple of hours.

Rinse them, fill them with clean water and bring to a boil.

Rinse again, fill with clean water and boil for about an hour over medium heat.

Flip the pears into a colander.

Chop the onion and fry it until golden.

Put it through a meat grinder with mushrooms.

Add salt and pepper, mix the caviar and put it in sterile jars.

Sterilize them for another 10-15 minutes and roll them up for the winter.
