One of the most interesting ways to prepare apricots for the winter is to roll them into jars, not just in syrup, but in jelly with gelatin. It turns out very tasty and unusual. Especially the children are delighted, so I really advise you to try.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the apricots. If desired, remove the bones.

Put the apricots in sterilized jars, pour boiling water and leave for 15 minutes under the lid.

Dilute gelatin in water according to the instructions.

Drain the water from the apricots, add sugar to it and boil again.

Remove the syrup from the heat, add citric acid and gelatin, and mix thoroughly.

Pour the syrup over the apricots and roll them up for the winter.
