Despite the fact that cooking jam-five minutes in total can take several days, clean work there is literally a matter of minutes. That is why I prefer to cook sea buckthorn jam with bones according to this scheme.
Ingredients
- Sea Buckthorn - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Water - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Go through the sea buckthorn, fill with water and cover with sugar.
Leave for a couple of hours, bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.
Let the workpiece cool down, bring it to a boil again and boil for 5 minutes.
Let cool again, boil the jam for the last 5 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
