Ingredients

  • Plums - 800 g
  • Sugar - 1.5 glasses
  • Water - 5 l

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the plum and put it in sterile jars.

Pour boiling water and leave for 7 minutes under the lid.

Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar and bring to a boil again.

Pour the plum again and roll up the jars.
