Ingredients
- Cauliflower - 3 heads
- Parsley - 1 bundle
- Turmeric - 1 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Water - 600 ml
- Pepper pea mixture - 1 tsp.
- Ground red pepper - 1 tsp.
- Coriander - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 8 teeth
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the herbs and garlic, and put them in jars.
Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences and boil in boiling water for literally 2 minutes. Also put them in jars.
Bring the marinade water to a boil, dissolve salt and sugar in it and add all the spices. Boil for 2 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar, stir the marinade and remove from the heat. Pour it into jars.
Sterilize the workpiece for 10-15 minutes and roll it up.
