Looking for a good recipe for compote of apples and peaches? Take advantage of this! I've been cooking like this myself for many years. I like this particular fruit ratio, but you can try to change it to your liking. Otherwise, everything is extremely simple.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the apples into quarters, peel the seeds and chop.
Wash the peaches thoroughly, cut in half, peel the seeds and slice.
Place pieces of fruit in sterilized jars, filling no more than a third of the volume.
Pour boiling water to the top, cover with lids and leave for 30 minutes.
Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar, citric acid and boil for 3 minutes.
Pour boiling syrup into jars, roll up and turn upside down.
