Ingredients
- Dried apricots - 500 g
- Lemon - 50 g
- Carnation - 2 bud
- Sugar - 50 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour the dried apricots with water, boil for 15 minutes and put them in a colander.
Fill it with clean water so that it covers the dried apricots for a couple of centimeters, and add a randomly chopped lemon. You can - an orange.
Cook everything on low heat for about 40 minutes after boiling.
Grind the mass with a blender, add sugar and cloves, bring to a boil again and cook for another 40 minutes on low heat.
Pour the dried apricot jam into sterile jars.
