If you also prefer jam without skins, seeds and other impurities – this recipe is for you. Removing the bones from the dogwood by hand is a very dubious and long occupation. But there is a great life hack, which I will share in detail later.


  • Dogwood - 1 kg
  • Sugar - 800 g
  • Water - 150 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Fill the dogwood with water and boil for 15 minutes until soft.

Rub the berry through a sieve and add sugar to the puree.

Bring to a boil again, stirring.

Boil the jam for 20 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
