- Melon (pulp) – 800 g
- Sugar - 1 kg

Peel the flesh of melon and watermelon, remove the bones and finely chop.
Cover with sugar and bring to a boil.
Boil the jam for 45-50 minutes on low heat.
Put it in clean, dry jars.
