Ingredients
- Apples - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the apples, cut them arbitrarily, cover with sugar and leave overnight.
Bring the jam to a boil, boil until the sugar dissolves and for another 5 minutes.
Let it cool completely and then bring it back to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.
