Simple compotes from one main ingredient are always delicious, but at the same time I want more originality. I want to share with you my favorite recipe, in which the sweet and sour taste of gooseberries is combined with the aroma of orange and the freshness of mint.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Put gooseberries, randomly chopped orange and mint in a sterile jar.

Pour boiling water and leave for 15 minutes under the lid.

Drain this water and boil it again with sugar.

Pour the compote again and roll it up for the winter.
