Ingredients

  • Cucumbers - 1 kg
  • Tomatoes - 1 kg
  • Dill - a couple of twigs
  • Black Pepper - 6 peas
  • Citric acid - 2 g
  • Sugar - 80 g
  • Salt - 50 g
  • Water - 1,8 l

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash cucumbers and soak for 4 hours in cold water.

Pierce tomatoes with a needle in several places.

Put greens, black pepper, cucumbers and tomatoes in jars.

Pour boiling water to the top and leave under the lids for half an hour.

Drain the water into a saucepan, mix with sugar, salt, citric acid and bring to a boil.

Pour the marinade into jars, roll it up, turn it upside down and wrap it with a warm towel.
