- Apples - 1 kg
- Water - 150 ml
- Sugar - 700 g
- Citric acid - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil water with sugar and boil the syrup for 5 minutes.
Thinly slice the apples into slices and put them in the syrup.
