Ingredients
- Quince - 1.5 kg
- Lemon juice - 30 ml
- Water - 1 glass
- Sugar - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and cut the quince into slices, and fill it with water.
Add sugar to taste and boil for half an hour after boiling under the lid.
Chop the quince pieces with a blender. Add lemon juice and a little syrup in which the fruits were cooked, for consistency.
Season the sauce if desired.
Boil it for another 10 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
