Wash the sea buckthorn thoroughly with warm water and put it on a paper towel to dry.
Put the berries through a meat grinder or grind in a blender.

Mix sea buckthorn puree with sugar and set aside for 5 hours. From time to time, the workpiece should be mixed.
Fill the prepared jars with sea buckthorn jelly and close the lids.
