- Green tomatoes - 500 g
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Sugar - 400 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash and chop the green tomatoes, cover with sugar and leave for a couple of hours.
Add lemon juice and zest, and boil for half an hour on low heat, stirring.
Put the jam in jars and sterilize for another 15-20 minutes. Roll up the lids.
