- Tomatoes - 2 kg
- Onion - 1 piece
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Dip the tomatoes in boiling water, remove the skin and slice arbitrarily.
Randomly chop the onion, add to the tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
Drain the excess juice and grind everything with a blender.
Add sugar, salt, bay leaf and spices to taste.
Cook the pasta for about 2 hours on low heat until the desired thickness.
At the end, add vinegar and roll it into sterile jars.
