Thick jelly-five minutes of raspberries without gelatin

Raspberry jelly is very tasty! To pancakes, cheesecakes, pastries and just for tea. The recipe is simple, jelly is prepared without gelatin and literally within a few minutes, and in winter it gives wonderful memories of summer. I share my favorite recipe.
Ingredients
- Raspberry - 2 kg
- Sugar - 2 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pick raspberries, rinse under running water and dry them slightly.
Using a meat grinder or blender, chop the berries into puree. Then pass the puree through a sieve to get rid of the bones.
Gradually add sugar, stir until completely dissolved.
Pour the cherry jelly into pre-sterilized jars, twist. For longer storage, I advise you to keep jars of raspberry jelly in the refrigerator. I get 4 jars of 500 ml each.
