Ingredients

  • Plums (yellow) – 1 kg
  • Water - 150 ml
  • Sugar - 1 kg

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Remove the seeds from the plum.

Fill with water and boil until soft for 10 minutes.

Grind the plums through a sieve.

Add sugar and bring to a boil again.

Cook the jelly for 20-30 minutes until thick, stirring.

Pour it into sterilized jars.
