- Tomatoes - 3 kg
- Onion - 600 g
- Bell pepper - 1 kg
- Garlic - 100 g

- Vinegar - 1 art.l.
- Hop-suneli - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the tomatoes and put them through a meat grinder.
Add pepper, onion and garlic to the same place.
Bring the sauce to a boil and cook for 20 minutes.
Add sugar, salt, oil and spices, and cook for another 20 minutes.
Add vinegar, mix the satsebels and pour into sterile jars.
