The best way to use thorn is to make jam from it. It resembles plum, and at the same time a little berry. It turns out very original and delicious. Such jam goes well even with meat, and not only with desserts and pastries.

Ingredients

  • Turn - 1.2 kg
  • Water - 120 ml
  • Sugar - 1 kg

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cover the thorn with half the sugar. Add water and bring to a boil.

Boil the jam for 5-7 minutes.

Gradually add more sugar to taste.

Boil the jam for another 15 minutes, stirring.

Put it in sterilized jars.
