- Water - 120 ml
- Sugar - 1 kg

Cover the thorn with half the sugar. Add water and bring to a boil.
Boil the jam for 5-7 minutes.
Gradually add more sugar to taste.
Boil the jam for another 15 minutes, stirring.
Put it in sterilized jars.
