- Red Fish (fillet) – 500 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Potatoes - 250 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece

- Bay leaf - 1 piece

- Water - 1,5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the fillet of red fish, cut into medium-sized pieces and put in a saucepan.
Add water, bay leaf, black pepper and cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
Peel potatoes and carrots, slice. Cut the tomatoes in half.
Peel the onion and make deep cross-shaped incisions.
Add the onion to the pan with the fish and cook for 15 minutes.
Catch the fish and onions, strain the broth through cheesecloth.
Pour potatoes, tomatoes and carrots into a saucepan with broth. Cook for 10 minutes.
Add salmon, salt and boil for 5 minutes. Turn off and insist under the lid for 15 minutes.
Pour the soup on plates, add thyme and dill.
