Wash the grapes, mash them with a masher and boil for 10 minutes on low heat.

Remove from the heat, cover it with a lid and leave for 1.5 hours.

Grind the grapes through a sieve.

Mix agar and 200 g of sugar. Add to the grapes and bring to a boil.

Add the remaining sugar and cook the jam for another 10 minutes on low heat.

Roll up the jam in sterile jars.
