Ingredients
- Gooseberry - 1 kg
- Orange - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 800 g
- Pectin - 1-2 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the gooseberries through a meat grinder. Squeeze the orange juice into the same place.
Mix the pectin and 4 tablespoons of sugar. Add to the workpiece and mix.
Bring to a boil and add more sugar to taste.
Boil the jelly for 7 minutes and pour into sterilized jars.
