Excellent jam is obtained not only from blueberries, but also from blueberries. I share one of my favorite recipes for its preparation. It is especially good for breakfast – on toast, pancakes, cottage cheese or yogurt. Your household will surely like it!
Ingredients
- Blueberries - 1 kg
- Sugar - 800 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat blueberries with sugar in a blender and grind through a sieve.
Bring the mass to a boil and cook for about half an hour on low heat - until thick.
Arrange the jam in sterile jars.
