Ingredients
- Zucchini - 3 kg
- Garlic - 2 heads
- Bell pepper - 700 g
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 200 g
- Vegetable oil - 250 ml
- Salt - 2 art.l.
- Vinegar - 125 ml
- Tomato paste - 500 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Arbitrarily chop the zucchini, and pass both types of pepper and garlic through a meat grinder.
Add all the other ingredients, mix and leave for 2-3 hours.
Bring the mass to a boil and boil for 45 minutes on low heat.
Roll up the lecho in sterile jars.
