Ingredients
- Apples (antonovka) – 600 g
- Sugar - 240 g
- Citric acid - 1 tsp.
- Water - 2.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the apples and put them in a clean, dry jar.
Pour boiling water and leave for 20 minutes under the lid.
Drain this water and add sugar and lemon to it.
Bring it to a boil again and pour over the antonovka.
Roll up the compote for the winter.
