You should definitely try this wonderful dish! You can cook it with or without garlic. I suggest you try my version of cucumber and carrot salad. It is moderately spicy, fragrant and delicious. Ideal with pasta, mashed potatoes and porridge.
Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 1 kg
- Carrots - 1 kg
- Garlic - 100 g
- Vinegar - 3 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil - 3 art.l.
- Hop-suneli - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut cucumbers into large pieces.
Grate the carrots on a special grater.
Mix the vegetables in a large saucepan, add sugar, salt, spices and garlic passed through a press.
Pour in the oil and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Carefully put the salad in the prepared jars and sterilize for 15 minutes.
Pour vinegar into each jar, roll it up and turn it upside down.
