Ingredients
- Cherry tomatoes - 800 g
- Eggplant - 800 g
- Bell pepper - 800 g
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l.
- Vinegar - 3 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 40 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Coarsely chop the eggplant and pepper. Chop the garlic.
Pass the peeled tomatoes through a meat grinder, add spices, garlic, sugar, salt, oil and vinegar.
Bring the tomato to a boil and add the pepper and eggplant.
Simmer everything together for about half an hour and roll it into sterile jars.
