- Gooseberry (red) – 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the gooseberries from the dry tails and rinse.
Put the berries through a meat grinder or grind in a blender.
Add sugar, stir and leave for 2-3 hours.
Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Arrange the hot jam in the prepared jars, roll up and turn upside down.
